A custom webshop with a CMS: catalogue, sizes and personalisation, cart and checkout, Babovac stadium pickup and delivery. The club runs content and orders. Webnica builds and maintains. Shop-first: the same system grows into news, squad, academy, sponsors.
Outcome
Structured online sales instead of DMs. The club is satisfied with order volume (no public monetary figures).
